We connect. We do not sell.
Every property on this site is listed by the person responsible for it: its owner, or a licensed estate agent acting for the owner. When you send an enquiry it goes to them, not to us, and whatever you agree is between the two of you.
That is the whole idea. One place to see what is on the market in Limassol, Paphos, Nicosia and Larnaca, with a straight line from the listing to the person who can show you round.

For agentsThings worth knowing
Listings are the lister's words
The description, price and photographs come from the owner or agent who posted them. See a property and have an independent lawyer check the title before you pay anything to anyone.
Searching and enquiring are free
You do not need an account to search or to contact a lister. Any fee or commission is agreed between you and the person you deal with.
